My name is Diane Allen. I am passionate about leadership and mindset because they have the power to change your life and they can be applied to all areas of your life.

Leadership is not just work related, you can apply leadership in all parts of your life. It is you choosing to live your life.

I have experience in a number of leadership roles over my career. I am a former dental hygienist and a policy analyst with a Master’s Degree in Health Administration.
